TIME KEEPING & STUDIO ETIQUETTE

20-Minute Grace: Please plan your travel accordingly. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, you will be charged a R100 late fee (or R100/30min deduction).
Automatic Cancellation: Your booking will be automatically cancelled if you are more than 30 minutes late.
Phone Etiquette: Once your session has started, please AVOID using your phone frequently as it distracts and delays the artist from finishing your look on time.
