We operate on fixed time slots. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, a R100 late charge (or R100 per 30 minutes) applies. Arrivals over 30 minutes late are automatically cancelled and the deposit is forfeited. Rescheduling is strictly permitted at least 48 hours (2 days) prior.
Yes. Appointments booked earlier than 07:00 am and from 17:00 (5:00 pm) have an additional fee of R100. Please always check slot availability before paying your deposit.
